I would of given this place more stars if 1 they some of t people that work there r rude, like ur an idiot for asking for someone to help u. 2 if they were more cashiers to check u out instead of standing around folding bags or taking things outta a small box n putting it to t side. 3 if it wasn’t so darned freaking expensive! I usually shop at Macy’s or Nordstrom’s but I had a gift card from here so what t heck! Omg 4 freaking items 150$ NOOOO WAY! I said what t heck it’s expensive so it must b good, we’ll its NOT! N I had an ‘Ultra makeup expert’ help me, which btw was really nice. My concealer that I get from Wet & Wild works better than t 30$ one I got here, n my 11$ powder worked n has more coverage than t 40$ one I got here. Mac is not even that expensive, oh n then I go on Amazon to check out how much is t makeup I got at Ultra n yeah is way less.. Huge Rip off! Returning all items n sticking w my simple concealer & 11$ powder, which btw last all day. N not have to ever deal w huge lines or girls that make u feel stupid for asking for help!

I had an appointment with Jay for my red peekaboos that I’ve been wanting to get done... it was my first time getting it done at uLta... Jay waS gReat very professional... I Loved the outcome will definitely go back. He even recommended some products for my hair. Thank you Jay!

The staff is very unprofessional, they remind me of high school "mean girls". They walk around with attitudes begging the mgmt to leave early. I came in with bright blonde hair looking to have purple streaks added to my blonde hair. My hair colorist died my hair black with purple streaks instead of blonde with purple streaks!! I noticed black dye dripping down my forehead and asked her what is this?? I was hushed & told not to worry it's just the purple dye. Once she finished & realized her mistake she just started another client's hair, NOT one APOLOGY!!! Richard came over to apologize immediately & set up an appt to fix this mistake. I went back the following Monday to have my hair corrected. Angel ( the hair dresser/manager ) stripped my hair completely to take the black out and in turn it took took out the purple streaks ( the color I actually wanted to begin with!!! ) and left me with a sandy blonde color, not the bright blonde I came in with or the purple streaks! I was so upset & shocked that I left unhappy. My hair is now stripped and fried. I do not recommend this ULTA or salon at all to anyone.

I gotten my hair dye for the first time here and wouldn’t recommend at all! I show the hairstylist what I wanted and the results came back looking awful! And the prices are really expensive, again I would not recommend going here! Worst experience ever!

All the staff(girls) were so helpful and super sweet. Every single staff member came up to me n asked if I needed help and they were really warm to answering any questions you may have. Loved this location.
