I think the people here are very nice and the location is good for me. However I had a negative experience today. I live 5 minutes away and did the online check-in and came right over. I saw my name being right there at the top yet the hair cutter took the walk in and took his info which I thought was fine, she needed to get him into the system. But then, she gave him his haircut first. I didn’t think that was fair. Oh well. I still like this place and I got my haircut next so I’ll leave this as a one time thing

Tried since I received a haircut coupon. I was shocked not to receive a shampoo first and to have my hair sprayed with a bottle of water. I was looking forward to leaving with clean hair and style. It would have been nice to have the pricing explained to me. Not a great experience.

Guys they have the most beautiful Latina Asian especially that chocolate Barbie and I have the best cut even the Orange County Sheriff commented on it it was a private joke between me and one of the deputy sheriff's

Went in to get a haircut around 1pm, thinking it wouldn't be too busy, and I was right, only 2 other people were there. The stylist took a long time getting my information entered and this should have been the first red flag. She told me to take a seat and it would be just a moment, then took another customer back to cut her hair. After 10 minutes, they were still discussing what the customer wanted. It was at this point that I realized that this was THE ONLY STYLIST. She neglected to tell me that not only was she alone, but it would take at least 30 minutes for her to be ready for another customer. Two more people walked in and were told just to sit down, still no mention of the now hour+ wait they'd have to endure. Hilariously, there are other reviews that also mention the one stylist that's on duty. How do you run a 12-seat haircut place with 1 employee? Laughably unprofessional, never going back here, clearly the owner doesn't learn from their mistakes or listen to feedback.
