First and foremost AMAZING artists!! They treat their clients as family...take care of us and make every single experience with them top notch! Allison and Joey are the bees knees! So in love with my hair every single time I walk out of the salon (Tehachapi). If you want amazing results and also to feel as though you are being pampered do not look elsewhere! ðŸ’š

I would recommend Joey to anyone who wants nice healthy hair. I drove from Orange County because Joey is literally the only person I trust with my hair heâ€™s always given me exactly what I asked for and my hairs integrity is always the same if not stronger after. He can do color corrections and even out your tones and make you look amazing! 10000/10.

I wouldnâ€™t even give them a 1 star. We were booked for our daughters wedding a year in advance, paid the deposit and couldnâ€™t get in to do the hair/makeup trial even though we were told to call Joey to make the appt. we left several messages as well as texting the owner who told us to call Joey. We have the call logs as well as text messages showing that we tried for 8 weeks before the date as we were told to do in June of 2018. Then the owner says that we have a contract, as I tell him we donâ€™t (we he demanded full payment for the hair/makeup even though our agreement was day of services) he tells me that we get that at our hair/makeup trial as I tell him we havenâ€™t been contacted back he tells me that Joey is to busy to make an appt with us. Okay.. He then says that I can cancel if we donâ€™t pay in the next 24 hour and heâ€™ll send back the deposit. I have waited for 30 days now and now have been told the check was processed the 20th of May and I would have it by May 22. I looked to make a complaint but couldnâ€™t find Markos D1 salon in any of the business licenses and the license for Sexy Hair that Alex is the owner of no longer had a valid license. I canâ€™t even see where Alex has a cosmetology license (unless he goes by a different name then he gave me) Itâ€™s really sad when you have to go to small claims court for $100. I wouldnâ€™t use them again or recommend them to anyone. If anyone wants to see the text messages Iâ€™d be happy to show them. I have them saved since June of 2018 as well as all of our attempts to call.

I always have a been going to Joey for years heâ€™s amazing. I always leave happy and looking fabulous even when I go in with no idea what I want done with my hair he helps me with picking the perfect style and color. Iâ€™m always very happy with the outcome of my hair @ Marloâ€™s D1 Salon ðŸ’‡ great service Joey is the best
