Came by Vida Bella Salon today (9/24/17, a Sunday) so that my daughter could get her haircut. The hours posted on the door as well as online show that they are open until 4:00pm on Sundays. We got there around 3:30. The place was completely empty. We walked in seeking a haircut to get my daughter's undercut shaved really quickly (she literally just needs part of the sides of her head shaved) and the front desk gal said "Actually, we just closed." We reiterated that all she needed was for someone to just take clippers to the sides of her hair really quick, but there was no attempt to accommodate us. I understand that we didn't have an appointment (they do take walk-ins), and that they were closing in half an hour, but we were willing to give money to this local small business (which was technically still open) close to our home for something that would have maybe taken ten minutes. We have come to this salon multiple times in the past and they used to have acceptable service, but today is the day we were apparently seen as unworthy customers. This is very frustrating, since most salons are closed on Sundays, and the fact that this place is open on Sundays used to be beneficial to us. Now it's just another empty local salon where the staff gives the impression that they just want to close everything down for the day rather than prioritize customers. We'll just take our business to a legitimate hair salon instead from now on.

The customer service is horrific and they treat potential customers like low life scum. If you do end up going there ask for anyone but the old lady to cut your hair. She doesn't listen to how you want it and just cuts it according to how she wants it.
