First time I went for a haircut at Great Clips last weekend, after recently moving to Castro Valley. Even though it was on a Saturday, I was helped straight away. I was lucky of course there was nobody immediately in line but they have an online booking system, where you can check how long the queue is and put yourself on the list to stop by later on. I am not very picky when it comes down to my haircut, but I felt I had to write a review in this case, because it was just well done, precisely the way I had described it up front. I had lovely chat with the lady that cut my hair (and I feel awful for not knowing her name) So bottom line: good haircut, no fuss, no rush. Exactly as it should be!

Constantly good service, talkative but willing to respect people who don't want to chat. Keeps good records of your haircut to remember what you do and don't like, even if you don't get the same stylist. There's a reason I haven't gotten my hair cut anywhere else in years.
