They are very professional. Unlike other places, they were very quick to understand what I wanted. And deliver quickly as per expectations. Within 15 mind I was out from the salon.

One of the nicest hair saloon this side. Run by Chinese folks who are extremely gentle and polite. Rates Men haircut - $10 Boy under 10 yrs - $ 8 Women n Girls - $ 15 and up Above rates are for cash payments. Add $ 3 for visa, atm , MasterCard payments.

Do not get a haircut here. They are extremely inexperienced. I asked for a fade, and told her I'll be combing my hair back. She started cutting the top of my hair. I only wanted the sides fixed, and then I go back to get it fixed. The owner decides to tell me that I need to pay additional for the fix. Overall, do not go here! They aren't even real barbers period.

It all started out fine and was a downwards spiral from there. I requested retouching my roots on the top half of my hair. My hair is brown wth caramel colored biolage highlights (so obviously it needs toner after being bleached). Judy began the process and got the foils in and was moving at a quick pace. When she was done, I went to sit down under the heat (she said for 30 minutes). After 45 minutes passed, Kevin came to check on my hair. Turns out, Judy never even turned the machine on to heat my foils. So Kevin turned on the machine, and once time hit an hour, I decided to check my foils since no one else would. And my hair was WHITE. Meanwhile, my hair/head was also burning/tingling from the bleach sitting on there so long. (It still does burn even after leaving) So I had to reach out to them to wash it out, Kevin then washed it out because Judy was occupied. There must have been a miscommunication between the two because he simply shampooed and conditioned it, didn't add any toner. He then sent me to his chair, where I saw the disaster that my hair was and I mentioned to him that this is NOT what I requested and my roots are way lighter than what I wanted. So he recommended we dry it. Why? I'm not sure. But, before drying he began brushing it ofcourse. Once he felt the first tangle, he asked me that I brush my hair. So, I did as he asked and brushed my hair out all while balling my eyes out. After about 10 minutes, Judy came over and said oh we need to add toner. So she took me back, shampooed my hair for the second time, added toner, let it sit, rinsed it out, added shampoo for the THIRD time, then conditioned it again. Normally I wash my hair 2-3 times a week to keep it healthy but today I got it washed three times in one hour. Awesome. Once I got back to the chair, Kevin asked if I still wanted a haircut. God no, I do not want a haircut anymore. Then I went to checkout, and Kevin said it was fine and that I don't owe anything due to my terrible experience. I respected that he took responsibility for the bad service and I wanted to give them some money for their work so I decided to get my eyebrows done (Judy is amazing at eyebrows) so I do that, they turn out good and I figured brows are $10 and I'll tip them each $20 for their time to be a nice person and since Kevin isn't charging me for my hair. So, I'm checking out and Judy charges my for my hair and brows $100... clearly another miscommunication in their part. Needless to say, I left the salon $100 down, 3 hours later (to get roots touched up on half my head), a burning scalp, and puffy eyes. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. There are about 3 people working, lack of communication and horrible horrible service.
