I went yesterday for a partial highlight with Sandra. I asked to look more blonde and for her to make my roots more light since I am a brunette. I showed her an image of what i wanted it to look like. I already had super blonde hair, it just wasn't done at my roots. She said sure and i trusted her with my hair and during the process she said she'd add some other color to make it more of an ash brown and since I don't know much about hair, I said sure.... Well during the rinse and wash she added toner and immediately washed it off. Lets just say my hair looked a bit orange and she had to re do the toner step. I was there from 1pm - 6pm! The end result: I was no longer blonde but instead a dirty blonde... it looks brown. I am absolutely unsatisfied and i was shocked at the price I had to pay for my hair. $210! For something i didn't ask for. Lets just say, I won't be going there again.
