Couldn't see any form of organization or customer support. Staff wasn't helpful at all and I found myself wanting to leave earlier than I normally would in a beauty store. I didn't see much variety of product, which is not the staff's fault but still, very messy and many things were out of stock (There were only like 5 customers and it was a Saturday at around 1:00pm) Very few staff was there and they were too busy to answer basic questions. I was testing a lip color and I really liked it and wanted to buy it, but when I checked for that shade, it wasn't there. I went to this one guy and asked him if they had it in stock, only to be rushed and dealt with quite rudely. He told me something like "yes what it is, hurry fast" and I told him the color I wanted was not there and if there was some in the back and he said "whatever is there is all we got" and quickly walked away. Normally he should ask me details and ask to see the tester and name of the product, so he could either search for it in the index or something to see if they have it in stock, or he simply could've manually checked in the back, it wouldn't have taken him long. If he didn't have time to check because he had something else to do or was called elsewhere (which was probably the case with him) he could have just nicely said for me to wait until he could find someone else to help me. I understand this isn't Sephora and wont have the customer priority and support that sephora has, but honestly the local gas station has better customer support than this ulta location. Don't recommend, I'm sticking with the one on Brokaw.
