I won't be returning. First, the receptionist named Erin talks to customers as if she's looking for a fight. I called to ask about making an appointment. She told me it's walk ins only. But she said it as if I was an angry lumberjack and she was a roadhouse barmaid. Goodness, I'm just a woman calling about a haircut at a salon. Here attitude is so bad. She has no finesse. When I arrived I showed her my coupon. She grabbed it like an angry school teacher and put it behind the desk without even telling me why. I would have asked why, but Erin comes off so aggressive it appears like she's just waiting for an excuse to yell at someone. I never thought I'd have muster up courage just to ask a hair salon receptionist about my coupon.. Second, this the McDonald's of hair salons. I have very long hair and went in for a trim. The stylist took like 10 minutes and didn't even go through to check if the cut was even. She took more time with the short haired man who was ahead of me. She didn't even turn my chair around to view the back. And when I asked she had me stand up and look at the back of my hair with a hand mirror, which makes you have to angle your head so you can't even tell if the cut is even. She basicly just got out of showing me her work on my hair. I'm going to have to go to a real salon to make sure this was done right. Haircut Plus gave me a $4 coupon for the next visit, but I won't be using it. I'm assuming the stylists are paid very little because the whole place just gets people in and out like a car wash. I should have known when I saw a little boy walk out with a hair cut that made him look rough. How do cut hair so bad that you make a 6 yr old look like a future hooligan? As for my haircut, it looks ok from a far, but if you're up close it doesn't look polished. I look like a working class Latina with no understanding of the finer details of appearance or etiquette or education or proper grammar. But I guess that's what happens when you give into an entire year of being mailed a haircut coupon and cave.
