I can't even give one star to this location and this company, But since I have to choose one and there is no negative. This is by far the worst business plan I have ever heard of. We refuse service thirty minutes before closing.. The Location closes at 7:00 pm we arrived at 6:30 Pm The stylist decided that they were too busy with other clients to service us . There were two stylists working, one cutting and one cleaning her area (I assume she had just finished with another customer) There was a man and a woman waiting in the lounge. There could have been other customers on the wait list, but the minute I walk through the door I am a paying customer I should not be refused service or turned away because they don't want to work past closing or corporate does not want to pay them overtime. If those are the reasons then fine just close earlier, but don't blow off paying customers. If I go to any restaurant or even the CA DMV ten minutes before closing, They might not like it but I am serviced as a paying customer. Not that I make this a habit but it happens, just like employees have to work past there scheduled hours. If I was offered to wait I would have been ok with that. That would have been an acceptable solution rather than NO! I did call the other shaw location and that is what I was told if I get there before closing I can wait and I will be helped THAT'S FAIR. When I called customer service the lady that answered gave me same lame reason they were probably full on the wait list, I'm sure I know what they were full of (s***). She would not even put me in contact with the local district manager to tell her what's going on.That's horrible business skills and terrible practice for repeat customers but I guess when your a big chain it doesn't matter. Throw away the customer service and pump out clients. Boo Hoo to supercuts..
