I'll be the first to admit I was hesitant on going to a Supercuts, I haven't exactly had the best past experiences, but this location is the best. I came here a couple of months back needing a haircut really bad and my regular barber was booked. I checked in and got into a seat in about 15 mins. Ashley was my stylist and boy she did not disappoint. She took her time and made sure to cut my hair the way I wanted the first time. Needless to say I keep coming back. All the girls here are always nice and I always like the service I receive from this location. If you are looking for a good stylist you need to come to this location.

I made a reservation online. I accidentally showed up a few minutes late; parking is horrible. Tight parking spaces and poor visibility when backing out. I only waited 5 minutes for my stylist. She did an excellent job; didn't freeze me with cold water when dampening my long hair for a trim. She listened to my concerns and asked questions to confirm we were on the same page for what I had requested. She is quiet and peaceful. Neither of us felt the need to make small talk. She suggested a couple products for my dry, colored hair and wasn't pushy at the register. I would go to her again.

Not really sure what the point of online check in is if when you get there and it’s still an hour wait??? I checked in at 1:15 for 2pm (earliest time available) and when I show up she tells me it’s still another hour??? Just wanted a quick trim, wasn’t going to wait that long.
