My wife was given a Groupon coupon to have her nails done with Trish. We would not recommend at all. My wife arrived on time for a 9am appointment only to be told she will have to wait so that Trish could eat breakfast. Then she cut my wife's nails so short they hurt for two days. Lastly, my wife chose to get the gel nail polish which usually lasts a while. Well, the next day after they are already chipping. Would not recommend.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! I bought a Groupon for the gel manicure and pedicure as a gift for a dear friend of mine, thinking it was going to be a nice treat for her because she is a stay at home mom of 5 and is always doing everything for everyone else but rarely gets a chance to pamper herself. But when my friend told me what happened, I was HORRIFIED by her experience with Trish the nail technician. First of all my friend had difficulty setting up an appointment because she had to coordinate babysitters, and Trish seemed to have a big attitude about that. She told my friend that she better not be late to her appointment (which is rude in and of itself), so my friend showed up five minutes early. Then Trish said she had to eat her breakfast first because she was "starving" and hadn't eaten yet. This is during working hours mind you! So 30 MINUTES later, Trish is ready to do my friends nails. She SLAMS the box of nail polish on the counter and says, "Pick your colors and make sure you look on the inside because the color on the outside doesn't always match the color the inside." Trish cut her nails so short that the skin was RED and in PAIN. She cut it all the way to the really sensitive part of the skin below the top of the fingertips! OUCH!! On top of that she filed the nails with a really rough nail file. My friend even pulled her hand back a few times because she was in so much pain. When she went home to wash dishes, the water touching her skin caused so much pain that she couldn't even wash dishes! When Trish finished with that, she started complaining to my friend, (a Groupon recipient) about how she wasn't "making any money" with the Groupon advertisement. She said she didn't make anything and she only did it for "advertising." HELLO?? If you are doing the GROUPON in hopes of getting more customers shouldn't you treat those customers like they are royalty and do everything you can to please them so they come back to you again and again and again? Even if you don't make money with the initial appointment, you will make money on the appointments in the future with your loyal customers!! On top of this, Trish's appointment with my friend was cutting into the appointment with her next client, so she RUSHED to get my friend's toenails done. She filed her toenails so quickly that they were in pain, she did not clean under the nails, she did not do any kind of foot massage or lotion, there was no special treatment at all!! It was like she couldn't wait to be done with my friend because she "wasn't making any money" anyways. I could not believe the awful service that my incredibly sweet friend was subjected to! I was mortified that what I thought would be a nice gift turned into such a disaster! I would definitely NOT recommend Trish unless you have a lot of money and let her know you are going to leave a really nice tip or you may walk out of there with BLEEDING fingernails and toenails.
