Sky for hair cut; Dephna and Jackie are the best for hair color, hands down. this is a great salon, they make me feel special at every visit!

Mediocre job at threading brows. I told them once, â€œjust a clean up on the top side of the brow because Iâ€™m trying to grow the hairs outâ€ and homegirl proceeds to do the exact opposite and take out way more than desired! And they most definitely get upset when you donâ€™t tip that they practically throw your card/change back at you. Very unprofessional feel to the whole place. Wouldnâ€™t recommend even at the student discount rate.

Treated me nicely but messed up on my eyebrows. They left them uneven, Don't recommend going even if its cheap.

I consider myself a very east going person and I trust any hair salon to have a decent haircut. But for the first time, I can confirm that the ladies in Sutra hair salon have NO EXPERIENCE in cutting hair. I walked out of the salon with 2 different hair sizes, the haircut was badly done and completely assimetric. Basic hair cutting skills are needed. They donâ€™t know how to measure the hair to look even. This is not a drama, they shouldnâ€™t serve customers. Any beginner level hairstylist could probably do a better job. Never in my life I had such a poor job. Iâ€™m sorry for the lady (Jeanne), sheâ€™s a real nice person, but have no skills to perform her job. ZERO STARS.
