I first started with an e-mail, explaining what I wanted and then I went there for a consultation and booking. I got Stephanie and she was really amazing and helpful. She was communicating with me, trying to understand what style I wanted and went in detail with me. At past salons, I've had the trouble where the hair dresser is like no. I have a better idea and let's do that on your hair. She wasn't like that at all. Then throughout the process, she was really nice and asked about the style I wanted to double check. In the end, I love my hairstyle! She bleached my hair and then added two colors. I wanted one for the bottom layer, covering every other section and a different color for the top layer. She totally nailed it and she curled my hair at the end and it looked phenomenal. I've spent the past 2-3 hours looking at my hair in the mirror since I've gotten home. I'm super happy!!!!

Worst service I ever had in my life .l payed $250 for the worst Brazilian blow ever . My roots still curly and frizzy as if they never used any product on it . I went back to The irvine location ask the manger to re do the roots or to refund my money . She was so rude and unprofessional and she asked me to pay additional $100 .I asked to speak to the general manager and she refused to give me the contact number and she gave me only the email that I discovers later that it was her salon email not for the manager .. do not go there you will waste your money and time. Very poor service and worst customer service ever.

What a difference a great stylist make! Came back to give them another chance and this time I got Maria. She really knows how to deal with long Asian hair. She was very sweet, and helped me pick out a style from a bunch of pictures in a magazine. Then she went to work, diligently curly, brushing, and blowing out my hair. She took the time to ask me if there was a special occasion that day and how long the event lasted. I had to get a facial after my blowout, drive to Vegas and attend a fancy dinner. So my hair had to last at least 5 hours. She did the blowout, styled and pinned curls into my hair. 6 hours later, after laying on my hair an hour for a facial, driving for 4 hours, I took the pins out and my hair was still perfect with dreamy, loose, sexy, bouncy curls. I was the object of affection of multiple women with hair envy, and was also complimented by many guys. My curls lasted not only thru dinner but the whole night of dancing too. Maria's got the magic!
