VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! My niece went in for a color correction. I was waiting for her I noticed staff being rude and speaking phoul on their customers. Saying mean and negative comments about a girl who came in with her kids and how the other girl had jacked up hair and it was such a disappointment because we are ladies I was there with my niece she is a minor and she even noticed and mentioned to me these girls cattiness! No kind of customer service! They were bossing a little 9-10 year old kid to sweep and throw trash constantly!! I was a returning customer and I even referred about 3 girls including my niece to Sandra / Hair Revolution. I had an upcoming appointment for a hair color / extensions / cut for myself and also my niece was returning after her previous session of color correction! I left a deposit for US BOTH My nieceâ€” session 2 after color correction Myself â€” to do color / extensions Ultimately they CANCELED MY& my nieces returning APPOINTMENT! I even took the day off from work to come to my hair appointment instead!! I believed when you leave a deposit youâ€™re locked in but I guess thatâ€™s not how they do their business here at hair revolution! I was canceled the morning of my 10am hair appointment! I messaged hair revolution telling them I was On my way! To pick up my cash deposit, (SINCE THEY CANCELED ME) & I was heading that way anyway! going to the salon and I get a response saying â€œno one is in the salon youâ€™ll just waste your timeâ€ Come to my surprise I get to the salon and there is people inside!!! They lied to me! I asked for my deposit and they gave me a hard time until 20 mins later the girl desides to do the correct thing and return my cash deposit! No kind of costumer service reconciliation! no apologies for canceling me or leaving my nieces hair half way done! I donâ€™t know how people run business like this Everyone knows costumers come first and this place just doesnâ€™t get it! I will NEVER return to this salon EVER AGAIN not even if they paid me! Just plain disappointment in every aspect! I will never recommend this place either! ALSO I tried to contact them a week after they canceled me to make another appointment they never got back to me and finally the last time I msg the IG HAIR REV page they blocked me! Thatâ€™s how much they appreciate their customers I see! Ladies I recommend you get yourself a professional stylist this isnâ€™t what you need!

Amazing they never disappoint. The prices are reasonable and the quality is Amazing. U get more then what u paid for.

Nice ladies and good hair quality but they need to be specific with their price I went to go get a lift and they say they charge 165 for a lift but if you have two packs of hair they charge extra. Is like like you're paying for a new pack of hair extensions. They need to be specific when it comes to pricing.

So when I first walked out I did love my hair. It's going to be about a month and my hair is so nasty. They use cheap hair so it's sheds like crazy. I had hair extensions before so many times and it's never shed this crazy. Besides that my hair was suppose to be red now it's pink. My real hair and my hair extensions are two different colors. Stay away your basically throwing your money down the toilet.
