The ladies are lovely and I loved my hair, but in all honesty I pay half the price for the same treatments/styles at other places. Decided to give this place a try and I would go back, but I felt like i was nickel and dimed. I paid for things that go with the service at any other salon. EG. I got a thermal(flat iron), once done I was asked how I wanted my hair styled, so I asked for a few simple curls... an additional $20 on top of the $75 for the thermal... plus I got trimmed which was an additional $25, so I paid $120 for a press n curl and trim. Ive never paid more than $75 for all 3 services together. The shop is very clean and peaceful. I wasnt offered the free mini facial they advertise on their site, but I would recommend their work, but would advise to consider the costs vs. somewhere else that is just as capable for less.
EDIT 10/29/18- After 2nd experience here , i am upgrading my rating from 3 stars to 5 because, my 2nd experience was wonderful. I decided to go back and try a flexi-rod set for the first time in my life. I wasnt sure if this was the 'do I wanted, but the stylist assured me I would love it and I did. I was happy to pay the $75 for my haor because the work was quality, and maybe I lowered my expectations or they removed the free mini facial from the website, but I am all in now. They care about hair and their customer.
