Everyone's so friendly! I was recommended Michelle for my first haircut in years and she's such a doll! Totally sweet and very informative as far as hair products go. She actually adhered to my want in keeping the length of my hair long hair! Which is very rare! I was nervous she would cut it too short but she did it perfectly, just like I asked! Many thanks! You got yourself a regular~ Also a big thank you to the two ladies who blowdried my hair and the friendly receptionist, I believe her name was Mayra? Thank you!

I love this place. Fast and they have great products. I can usually walk in and get service quickly as long as I don't pick rush hour.

Art is always to busy to care for his clients! rescheduled me a few times and both on very important occasions he doesnt have good customer service . Go to Regis they work better and there customer service is way better than them.

The last time I made an appt I asked if it was possible to have one person working with my hair instead of 3. They said that it was possible and that there shouldn't be a problem with that. I made my appt with Art but he was so busy working with other ppl that everytime he was done doing something he would go and work on someone else. He seemed rushed. He "curled" my hair super quick and when I told him I didn't like it because the curls were falling he told me it looked nice. This really pissed me off and I told him that I wasn't happy with the work and that I was going to go home and redo them myself. He then told me that I should've made an appt on a tues because it's less busy and since I asked for just one person to work on my hair he couldn't do that on a Saturday. I told him that the secretary should've said that when I booked my appt. he didn't apologize or give me a discount infact I believe he charged me a bit more than other times. although he does a good job WHEN HE HAS PPL HELPING HIM I will never go back. I believe he charged me 230 something for a crappy job. If your thinking on going there I really suggest you save your money and go with real professionals.
