Usually I have no complaints about ulta, don't really care about customer service, because I simply always just go in, get what I want, check out, and leave. Until today, where I actually did call in asking for a question. I dye my hair using John Frieda box color. And I'm trying to go lighter, so I was calling for a specific shade, I live all the way in long Beach, was driving up all the way through bixby knolls hitting up every pharmacy I saw, unfortunately they don't carry to many options. So I decided to wait it out for 30 minutes. Was near Lakewood anyway. So before I decided to go to the store. Why not call right? That's what I did. Knowing they carry that brand. All I wanted to know is if they had a shade. I got a male who answered. My question was "hi, I was just wondering if you guys carry John Frieda?" Which of course was gonna be followed by the shade question. But his rude ass just said "no, we don't" CLICK.......So, in I go. You want something, do it yourself. What do I see, a John Freida sign. The hair line has its own F***in section. And you don't carry it???! Foh.
