Discrimination. The hotline number given doesnt work and this location is not on their online survey as a option which the employees are aware of, so they can continue to discriminate knowing they can't be caught for it. Heckled me saying call the hotline laughing to eachother "you're not going to get through" Enter at your own risk.

Meta was WONDERFUL... Showed her the style i wanted ( been growing my hair for over 10 years ) she was very helpful, kind and gave me tips. Could not have had a better experience, especially with being so attached to my hair... Would recommend

I showed Medda a picture of what I wanted. She completely ignored it and did what she wanted. When I told Crystal, the receptionist, she was completely unhelpful and even got rude at one point. The manager was nice to me at least, but she still couldn't honor a refund or anything. It makes me wonder why I put trust in these people when there is no way to hold them accountable if something goes wrong. I couldn't even get so much as an apology from them. I will not be visiting this Supercuts again.

Most of the time, I can get a good cut here. There are a couple of the ladies who just can't seem to get a simple men's cut quite right (usually way too short on the top) but Connie always does me right. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to. Parking in the whole center is atrocious but if you get here when they first open, you can usually find parking right in front.
