I would recommend staying FAR AWAY from this salon unless you enjoy being treated like your time is worthless and you like throwing away your money...
VISIT #1 - I went in for my first haircut with Brittany Chamberlain and she seemed to forget about the back. We scheduled a second appointment to fix it the next weekend (no hard feelings, yet.)
VISIT #2 - I showed up, she didn't...45 minutes wasted.
BONUS - The receptionist let me sit there knowing Brittany was gone for the day, but didn't feel the need to tell me. I sat there until I got a text saying she "forgot and went home." She apologized and said she could get me in on Tuesday (3 days later) - I agreed. THEN she didn't bother to text me with a time until 8pm Monday night - I declined at that point...said I wanted a refund (hard feelings, big time)
Brittany Chamberlain is extremely unprofessional and has yet to refund my money. I'll be phoning the salon owner who will hopefully resolve the issue.
