Rachel did an amazing job with my haircut. I couldn't be more pleased. She talked to me before and during the cut and was very attentive to what I wanted and made it a reality. Will definitely be going back to her again :-)

I had a very bad experience here. A man cut my hair, and I was supposed to get my hair shampooed which didn't happen. I was very dissatisfied with my experience and the man who cut my hair was very rough while brushing my hair, and the first thing he did when I sat down was just chopped it to the length we were discussing right then and there but a length I had never confirmed. I did not like the way I was treated here and I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this Fantastic Sams.
