I have been taking my grandchildren to this cool kids hair salon for about four years . my grandson is a special needs child and the girl who would cut his hair for four years, Thu Nguyen.She was the best hairstylist there.My other two grandchildren also that there had their haircut there as well all the other stylist that were there at that time were very nice and professional. The girl that cut both my grandsons here she was nice that she had no experience cutting kids hair she accidentally nicked my special-needs grandchild in the ear and she offered not to charge me which I accepted. On my second grandchild I asked for a #3 since my special-needs grandchild had A#4 all around and the three turned out to be at two and he was very disappointed.He doesn't want to go to school it was a very bad cut. The kid does not want to go to school for a whole week. ,As we were leaving there were other problems occurring with people that were waiting. Looks like the Asian lady have a client that had walked in and other people that had appointments were going to be made to wait since they have chosen her to do their hair this is incorrect because that other lady was waiting for about 30 minutes already ." The whole situation was very disappointing and of course I will not be taking any of my three grandchildren back there again only way that would happen is if they put the old crew back other than that no way .

I have been taking my son here for 3 years. We called to see if they were open on Labor Day to verify that they weren't closed on the holiday. They said they were open and we told them we would be walking in. When we arrived, we were told they were only taking cuts by appointment and they were completely booked. There was no mention of this when we originally called and no one apologized that there was an error in their communication. If someone acts like they don't care or need my business, I have no problem taking my business to another place. Disappointing since we actually felt the cuts were good in the past.

Today was my son's first hair cut. Staff where friendly and caring. My 10 month old sat on a taxi cab while watching little esteins. Stylist was awesome. I received a lock of his curls and a certificate. Amazing experience for my son and I. Thank you cool cuts.

This place was so great! It was my twins' first hair cut and the people there were so kind and professional. I had no clue what kind of hair cuts to get my boys, but they went with my vague desires and produced a hair cut that was better than I could have hoped for. Extremely happy and will return again!
