Nice friendly staff.. went if for a cut and color. I went without an appointment so I was lucky they could help me. The only issue was that after being in the salon for almost 6 hrs! I had to leave to a school concert didn't quite check all the details on my hair and to my surprise I had huge chunks of grey hair from the bleach. It appears that the color didn't cover everything.. so I call the next day only to speak to the owner who seems to make up excuses .. I'm sorry no excuses just fix it!

They fixed my hair emergency. Bleached my BlackBerry hair it turned orange. :( Chicas staff is awesome. They are bilingual, they offer all kinds of cool hair colors. They are affordable and good at what they do. I have been coming here since 2014. Thank you again Shaida. ðŸ˜ƒ
