I have been a customer for years. Traveled 20 miles from Pauma Valley to go to Supercuts and got their at 9:05. One customer in chair; another customer on way in so I had to wait. NO PROBLEM totally understand their policy. Male hair cutter finished up with his customer; female cutter finished up with her customer. They cleaned up their stations and walked off the floor. After waiting 15 minutes I left. Went across to Hidaway Hair Salon and got in the minute I step into the salon. $14.95 for a haircut. Polite personnel and very attentive. Sorry Supercuts you are history.

Friendly and efficient staff. Word of advice: Make your reservation online instead of just walking in! They are usually busy and have very little seating.

This "salon" butchered my daughter's hair to the point that she was in tears. The stylist Zaida never asked my wife how long the hair was supposed to be, she just went and did her thing. The haircut was so bad that we had to take her to a professional salon to get it fixed. The manager was combative and rude and we did not appreciate that either and when confronted about it, the manager asked us to leave. We filed a complaint with corporate and they at least refunded our money to us. Stay away from this salon.
