The worst customer experience I've ever gotten. I've never written a review before in my life. I had to this time. I will never go to another sport clips again.

I took my 90 year old father for a simple hair cut, for the first time and he left that place looking worse than when he went in. My father suffers from a skin condition, and the person by the name of Crystal was completely notified before the hair cut. She made my fathers scalp bleed and even said to him. "Next time don't come in with any scabs or we won't help you. Now i have to disinfect all my equipment." Don't they have to do that anyway after every haircut!! Don't take your loves ones there, they are butchers.

Describe my service? Great! Thank you Sportsclips. I don't hate getting a haircut anymore like I always did. I enjoyed it!:) Look forward to returning.

Very difficult process just to get a haircut. You must sign in and then they look you up for previous visits. They always have trouble during this process. I just want to be able to come in, wait my turn, get my haircut, and leave.
