This is the most professional hair salon you will ever visit in valley! They are so professional and friendly! I was desperate to find only one good hair color salon! And i couldn't ! Every where i went earlier they just messed up with my hair! And wanted me to keep going to charge me more! But Elixir salon are so professional and honest

I stopped in to the salon last week to make an appointment for a blow dry for this Saturday Feb. 24, 2018. My hair was down so they could see that my hair was shoulder length. When I made the appointment they quoted me $24. I came in and got the blow dry...at the end they charged me $35! I didn't realize until I got home as I didn't look at the receipt. When I realized this, I called back and asked how much they charged for a blow dry for shoulder length hair. The woman on the phone said $30. When I told her what happened she put someone else on the phone. That person also told me $30 and when I told her what happened she said well we can't control what our people charge! Well then why did they quote me $24 and not tell me that? Do not trust these people.

Robert is an amazing stylist. This guy Sal has a grudge because Robert wont cut his hair for free anymore. He Did it for the first couple times out of charity. Then when sal realized he is not going to get freebies anymore he tries to slander the stylist's and the shop. What a terrible person. Robert is far from a person who harrasses women. Also it is a terrible thing to harrass people in stardom. when there at the shop getting a haircut they are vulnerable. They dont want to be bothered. Its pretty rude. anyway this guy Sal has apparently major issues inside he needs to address because he wants to bring everyone else down. no salon should have this type of customer.

Morom is VERY kind, and has even invited me to coffee with him and Robert. Robert always cuts my hair for free, and he's a riot to talk with! I'm a returning customer, for sure!!! :-D
