They do a great job, never had a crazy long wait and today I brought in a discount coupon, but didn't realize it specified a Supercuts one town over. They honored it anyway. Now that's good customer service!

I've read some of the horrible reviews...and over all the years I've been going to this Supercuts, I must admit we had once or twice a bad hairdresser with bad hair jobs. Truly anywhere you go, you will find bad hairstylists anywhere, even if you go to a high quality salon. At least here, although some claim it is pricey, it isn't, compared to some other high celebrity salons. I'm not saying that it's fine to pay if they mess up your haircut, but they will reasonably fix the problem by giving you a free haircut on your next visit or something comparable to the damage... that's what they did with us when they screwed up on my son's haircut. Then as time goes with your visits, just know who you want to do your hair and never try the same bad hairdresser again! It's as simple as that. When we go, we always call ahead and ask for Ratana. She's the best one from many years that has been cutting my son's hair since he was 3 or 4 years old (now he's 16 yrs), and he still likes the way she cuts his hair! We have even followed her to other locations! She's great!

Somehow, I got a free haircut ticket in Supercuts. And i chose this Tarzana one since I live around, and it turned out a good one. There s a lady called “Naz” gave me the haircut, she is very nice and professional, I am satisfied and will definitely come back for the next one:)
