Place is decent, nice people, Marta is great, a few times I've had others do my hair. They do trim beards and wash hair which is really nice. Reception is not that great, I've made appointments before and still had to wait 40 freakin minutes to be seen. Oh and random people walk into the shop trying to sell watermelons to the staff while they do your hair, smh😧

Got my balayage done last week. Janet, my stylist but she did an incredible job. My hair looks super good. Initially, I was afraid of getting my hairs bleached but she added some cream to it and my hairs are still healthy. I used a coupon from Groupon, my balayage was half the original price but the products used were same. My stylist also did my hair styling for free. I am glad I found this place and would like to go their again

Awesome experience. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with open arms and some truly warm hospitality that made me feel like I was going home to my family. I don't really visit salons much for a men's haircut but I was in the neighborhood and figured what the heck?! Might as well try it. For 20 dollars I got a fade that I ended up bragging about for a good two weeks. The hot towel and shave with a straight razor after the haircut was something I had never experienced before and after she was done (Caroline), I felt like I was born again. I walked out of there not just with another routine haircut buy I felt like I was the man! The haircut made my confidence skyrocket! Even when I went home I went and visited my ex girlfriend just to show her what she's missing out on all because of the haircut I got at Hector's Salon! No lie! Now hat is what I would call a good freaking haircut done by the sweetest stylist I've met so far at a real salon with real stylists that charges SuperCuts prices and you won't feel like another cow on some butchering line walking out of there. I will be going back and to all those that rate this place with only 1 star... stop hating so much and start enjoying your life more! We don't need more miserable people in this life, we have enough misery as it is... a place like Hector's Salon is one of the few places left in which a person like me can enjoy himself while being himself and no one will judge me! Thank you Hector's Salon team and Hector Mendoza for the experience. So if your looking for your next Salon to CALL 'YOUR SALON' I highly recommend this place no.matter what age, race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, etc. you are.. they don't judge you for what you are, who u are or where u came from.

I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER HERE FOR THE PAST 3YRS. I BEGAN WITH ROSY WHO IS AN ARTIST WHEN IT COMES TO COLOR AND CUTS. I'VE ALSO GONE TO RICKI, MARTA, DIANA,ANGIE AND A FEW OTHERS HAVE DONE MY HAIR. EACH ONE HAS MADE ME LOOK BEAUTIFUL WITH JUST THE RIGHT CUT AND COLOR. EVERYONE AT THIS SALON IS WARM AND PROFESSIONAL.THE PRICES ARE GOOD. THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT. TODAY I HAD CARLOS DO MY HAIR .MY HAIR IS NOW PERFECTION THE CUT ,THE STYLE AND COLOR. IT IS ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. GREAT VALUE FOR A GOOD PRICE
