Ana is a great hairstylist. If you do come in I suggest you ask for her. Unfortunately the Asian woman with an accent is pretty rude. I had an appt. and I was about 5minutes late for it. I called to let them know I would be late prior to the appt. and to make sure I would still have a stylist.the Asian woman answered and replied with “sure come in whenever”then hung up. my appt. was at 315 and I showed up at 320. I ended up not being able to get a sylist and the Asian woman even insisted that she never said that to me Over the phone,which is a lie. I never leave reviews but today I just felt like I had to because she was really playing the “innocent card” pretty much calling me a liar. Cannot stress how good Ana is,but the customer service with that Asian woman was just not professional at all.

Don’t bother making an appointment. Price and value doesn’t meet anymore. Too expensive for the service they provide.

Staff was angry that i used a free voucher. I'm new to town and wanted to see if this chain was a good fit. Corporate, don't mass-produce coupons if you won't accept them gracefully ! They skipped even wetting my hair and ended up trimming my hair unevenly. I don't know why i tipped as if a job was well done, because I've had better homemade haircuts. I just wanted to leave asap after a half-ass service was delivered. I will never go to a Supercuts again.
