The stylists were very professional and courteous to me and my fiancé, they did a great job on my girl's haircut! The wait wasn't too bad just under 30 minute's.

I tried to have my hair cut there today, I was told 15 to 20 minutes and there was one person in front of me, 30 minutes later I was still waiting and they took another person who just walked in. Apparently they take phone reservations first. I wouldn't have stayed if I had been told about that up front. Fantastic Sam's on Fruit Street is cheaper and there was no wait!

It's inexpensive. Best to call before you go; even when call there may be a wait.

Terrible experience. Online check in system for what? Still have a 35 minute wait time that I ended up walking out of. Why have the ability to set a check in time when the walk ins/regulars are seen first. Doesn't help when the "stylists" are condescending. Don't waste our time. No call back or acknowledgment when walking out.

I used to come here almost everytime for my haircut. One day however, I came in to get my usual haircut and they completely screwed it up. Never coming here again.
