I had an amazing first time experience at The Hair Cafe! I moved recently to Rancho from The East Coast, and I was desperately looking for a hair dresser to do my monthly root touch up. After looking at reviews I decided to call and make an appointment. Veronica, took care of me, offered me a glass of wine! And understood perfectly what i wanted, and the color turned out PERFECT! She is incredibly talented, she knows what she's doing, and she even went further and gave me a complimentary hydrating mask! Can't wait for my next appointment with Veronica! Betty

For the rating.... I was only able to give Ms. Veronica a 5 since that's the highest availabile score. But i would give her an awesome 10! She was amazing!! Great hair technique not only on myself but on my mom as well. For a first time experience/ the best I ever had I would say I can't wait to have my haircut again by Ms. Veronica again!! -welcoming and warm -great hair results -asks exactly what the client wants and exceeds expectations -very patience and funny

I was looking for a salon that would be able to cut and style my frizzy hair. After multiple Yelp and Google searches, Hair Cafe was highly recommended. I booked an appointment with Maria. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice young lady named Erica. She immediately offered me coffee and made sure I was comfortable. The environment was very pleasant and professional. Monique, which I believe is the owner, was very nice and helpful as well. They all made me feel like a regular and I appreciated that. For years stylists always talked me down from what I wanted. I'm guessing out of fear of messing up my hair. Not Maria! I showed her what I wanted and she knew exactly what to do. She is absolutely amazing and completely transformed my dull hair. I HIGHLY recommend Hair Cafe. Don't go anywhere else. You'll be wasting your time.

I am originally from the L.A. area and this is the first hair stylist in this area that made me feel the love and quality of care that only L.A. has to offer. Make an appointment and be pleasantly pleased like I was.
