My daughter's haircut is what I asked for and the stylist friendly, but when I politely asked the manager to change the music (it was overtly sexual and not family-friendly at all) the manager stated that she didn't see anything wrong with it. She also made it clear that she has no intention of making music more family-friendly in the future. .

Hair cuts are pretty good here! Sometimes they could spend a little longer on hair, but it's probably because they're really busy sometimes. But overall, the haircuts are fine and I recommend this Supercuts. They are always very friendly and I've never had a problem with them.

Usually I love this location. Today I walked in and there was a single stylist already working with someone, no hostess at the counter. It was very quiet in the salon, and there was NO way I went unnoticed. I stood there waiting to check in for at least four minutes and was completely ignored. For Pete's sake, how about a "be right with you" or "hi there, just a minute," or at least make eye contact and smile! I couldn't believe how rude it was... so I just turned around and walked out.
