I've been going to Good Form for a long time. First it was just for a cut and blow dry, but then I realized that Jay is one of THE BEST COLORISTS in the city (maybe the country, but I wouldn't know cause I only see Jay)! Seriously though I had no idea my natural hair colour was not my best colour. The few times I had someone else colour my hair (I was travelling), it was okay but not inspired if that makes sense. I don't know what kind of magic Jay and his assistants do, but when I leave Good Form, my hair looks like it should be in an ad for hair products. Serious.

Used to get my hair done here a long time ago, decided to take my niece in for her first hair color and she couldn't be happier. Ask for Lilly, this chick is amazing

I love this place! I left the last salon I was at and was nervous about trying somewhere new, I ended up at Goodform and have been going there since! The vibe is great, and Alanna has given me awesome haircuts every time. She is a totally cool chick besides being a master of her art, cutting hair. I would highly recommend her and Goodform to anyone!
