This salon is a little treasure off the beaten path in downtown Los Angeles. It is bright and clean as are the people who work there. They are all professional, courteous, and very friendly, from the person who greets you when you enter, to the various stylists (Teresa has cut my hair several times), to the owner, Curt Darling. They make you feel as if they have expected you and have waited for you a long time. They have an afternoon Happy Hour and they offer the best hair products I have ever used. They offer "dry cuts" with a shampoo AFTER so you do leave all cleaned up. I never thought about it before but a dry cut makes sense. That is how your hair is seen so to cut your hair wet, as most salons offer, betrays the natural growth (and cowlicks) of your hair. Thank you all at Curt Darling Salon!
