I get a wax once a month and I've been all over to get this done, the lady that helped me was very nice and kind and gentle yall know waxing can hurt, and she was nice about it. I will surely go back. Thanks again

Terrible service. They never ask you if you need help. They have no knowledge of their products. Extremely rude! Don't listen to the customers needs. I asked for a color lock dry shampoo and she offers me one for brunettes and I'm clearly blonde...

The management and employees here are inexperienced and bad attitude problem. Inconsiderate of customers and handling of emergency situations. I came to the store door 5 minute before closing, they had already locked the door. WHY WOULD YOUR STORE CLOSE ON 6PM ON SUNDAY, AS OTHER STORES CLOSE LATER? AND MANY CUSTOMERS STILL COMING AFTER ME. As i was only trying to return an item, not trying to buy anything, i wanted to talk to someone. All of the employees 3 girls , standing very close to the door, just chatting, ignoring me and other customers outside the door. The knew we were there, they just pretended we didnt exist.! I finally bang on the door and request to be acknowledged and helped, the heartless girls were still standing there just looking at me. Really? Is this how you treat a customer who just spend over $200, 2 days ago? You dont even bother to come and talk to a customer just because you want to go home early? Then one of the girls called the manager to cone, she just stands with others ,back facing me for another 10 minutes. At this point, i just wanted to stay to see how bad it could be so i can write this review. I bang on the door again, the manager finally could not ignore me and came to the door. I had to force her to open the door to speak to me like a real human being. She just told me without letting me speak, that she cannot let anyone in after 6pm. Yes, i was here before 6, and you locked the door early, and let me stand out here for 15 minutes until i can talk to you, of course its after 6 now. Ulta, with this kind of attitude and "heart" , its not going to get you far in business and in thid neighborhood! Words will get around. Lets see how long this kind of service will last!
