Twice in a week have walked in here and been TURNED down for a haircut!? Went in at 4:30PM(The sign and website says open till 7pm?) on Thursday and was told we are too busy and closing soon while only one patron was getting his hair cut. I just went again to SuperCuts in Montclair Village on "my lunchbreak" and was met with a note that said be back in 15mins I got lunch waited 20 minutes and came back to the hairdresser stuffing her mouth with a burrito, spilling all over the floor and disgustingly talking with her mouth full and she said "I am on my Lunch Break for another 30 minutes so can't cut your hair today" AWFUL SERVICE! AND AWFUL REVIEWS! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE - WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!

Love this place. Not sure about the negative reviews. I always get great service and the cost is reasonable, especially for the neighborhood

Worst hair cut/blow dry experience EVER. Hair was not even dry nor styled when she told me I was done. Couldn't believe what my hair looked like-NEVER returning!!! Beware. . .
