I enjoy getting blowouts here. It's a well run operation: Stylists are kind and well trained, head massage feels good, inside decor it nice, products smell good, and scheduling (online/phone) is a breeze. The one negative i've observed is that everything about Drybar is very "white". All the hair styles, products, tools, and catalog models don't include any diverse hair types. Seems exclusive.

Love, love, love this place. It was my first time and they made me feel welcomed, comfortable and well cared for. My stylist asked me the right questions to understand exactly what I need from her. In the end, I was extremely happy with the results. To top it off, the prices are reasonable, and the hair styles last, 24 hours and still looking great. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

If I could give less than a star I would. To begin we were taken a half an hour later than our appointment time. I asked for the side part with double fish tale style listed on the website and in the menu in the salon. What I received looked nothing like the picture and was instead a center part with two regular braids. I could have done this at home myself instead of waisting $50 and my time preparing for my event for the evening. Ive been to other Drybar locations before with no problems, after this experience I will not be returning to a Drybar salon.
