Very bad experience return online order in the store. You do not get what you originally paid for brand new unopened items. Manager could not override the system no matter what, and all he could do was to hand you a number, and tell you go home calling customer service....... If you ask customer service, "How about if I return the whole order? Do I get full refund this way?!?!?" After the representative did a long calculation on his end, he said, "We cannot refund you the tax you paid. " What kind of system is that???!!! What are you calculating on your end, it is so obvious for the amount that customer fully paid. FYI, to get full refund, you will need to ship the item back, and wait possibly for 30 days. ---- Hell no! For this kind of customer service and company system, I rather pay more and shop somewhere else. I would rate zero star if I could.
