Very bad experience return online order in the store. You do not get what you originally paid for brand new unopened items. Manager could not override the system no matter what, and all he could do was to hand you a number, and tell you go home calling customer service....... If you ask customer service, "How about if I return the whole order? Do I get full refund this way?!?!?" After the representative did a long calculation on his end, he said, "We cannot refund you the tax you paid. " What kind of system is that???!!! What are you calculating on your end, it is so obvious for the amount that customer fully paid. FYI, to get full refund, you will need to ship the item back, and wait possibly for 30 days. ---- Hell no! For this kind of customer service and company system, I rather pay more and shop somewhere else. I would rate zero star if I could.

I went in a few minutes after opening last weekend and the store was a complete disaster. I mean that to say, I was tripping over pieces of partially disassembled fixtures, complete disaster. Stephanie, my cashier, was the only bright spot in the whole debacle. She was kind and courteous and very helpful. The other twi employees I had the misfortune of interacting with, were not. The first, (a short older woman) was dismissive and curt when I asked for her help. She was incredibly unpleasant and made it seem like my questions were a bother her. I have no desire to keep up my platinum status after it runs out at the end of the year.

It was fairly dirty and unorganized which was surprising because the outside of this ulta looks amazing and they only had like 1 person working

Cashiers are very rude. received a coupon on my email for a free gift with any purchase that doesnt expire until the 14th went in today tp get it and they are completely out and the cashier told me there is no substitute or any other coupons i can use instead. I will never come back here sephora is better

Danielle , the manager, is a RUDE, OBESE, TWIT. She thinks she is god because she is the manager. She has zero customer service skills. If you ever have to deal with her, which you probably will since nothing in that store is priced correctly you will learn the hard way. Do yourself a favor and shop online. I should have known this place was sub standard when I had to wait twenty minutes in line because everyone in front of me was making a return.
