Staff is very polite, but one of the hairdressers by the name Thomas didnt give me the look i paid him for. I got a color and flat iron. I was expecting burgandy, and got auburn. His response was that they are similar colors. My flat iron was raggedy and my hair was dry and brittle after leaving the shop. My results look like it could have been done at home instead of a shop. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction, he still expected his full payment. He had an excuse for my every concern instead of apologizing and agreeing that he did not give me what i wanted. I paid this man $100 for a $50 job. Very Unsatisfied! Will never return here.
