I love their customer service, A+ to that. I was in for a full blonde highlight also adding another color. I was told it would be extra for my hair. I understood this. My usual girl had just had a baby and our schedules don't work so I was overdue for a visit. My husband started taking our daughters here. When getting a highlight for long thick hair, yes you can expect time on you're hands. So I learned the system. They take special notes of your preferences and that's great. So far so good. I was with one girl but she had to leave so someone else took over. Very pleasant and experienced but some how I believe there was confusions on what I asked for. I picked a picture of a full blonde highlight with a color under. I picked this from their book and it stayed open in front of us the entire time. I was told by the first girl it would cost 140 because of my hair. I agreed to the price. I was there for 4 and a half hours. When finished I liked my hair but it was not blond. Just stringy blond highlights. I asked nicely when I'd be able to come back to fix. She said wait a couple weeks and come back so I don't over damage my hair and that my hair wouldn't take as easily. However I have stringy blond highlights. I called too see if I could get this fixed today but the girl is on vacation. Should be a easy fix considering the great customer service and record keeping I witnessed. Only sucks because I had a event tonight and wanted my hair fixed. One more week. Hopefully I can show before and after.

Horrible experience went in to get my son a haircut for his first day of school. I asked for a medium fade and scissors on top for a comb over. He ended up with a military fade where he can't even comb his hair because the top was too short. This is the lady on the first chair to the left when you walk in.

Jessica did a great job on my hair and she was enjoyable to talk to. She got my hair done quickly made for a pleasant experience. I will be back to have her cut my hair again.
