I love that Ulta has Mario Badescu products! I signed up for a membership here and my birthday had just passed but the woman still gave me a birthday gift. Always nice customer service when I come in. Good selection too

I love the location of this new plaza but so far I have not been impressed with the customer service in the store. I have found various salespeople to seem disinterested in interacting with people and overall lacking in product knowledge. I felt like I knew more about what MAC offered then the girl who was working in the area. I was in today to pick up a few things with my daughter. We waited in the check out line for several minutes while THREE salespeople chatted about various products and other things. At first I thought they were restocking something but apparently they were checking out another coworker. After a while, I asked if I was supposed to check out somewhere else. One girl walked away and the other two looked at me annoyed and said no weâ€™ll help you soon. They continued to talk for several minutes. When the remaining girl finally got to me, there was no greeting or sorry for your wait. The first thing she asked for was my number to put in the system. She quickly bagged up my items and sent me on my way. Terrible customer service so far. Iâ€™m disappointed.

this is not really my kind of store, but I went with a friend and noticed a few things ok yes its clean and well stocked. I noticed the workers were really nice and always wanting to help with anything. but the prices were crazy high for example shampoo was like $8-12 when at Walmart it's only $4- $6 and it's the same one same ounce .

Lots of great makeup and products here. The employees are very helpful to help you find what you need and describe the different products that are available.
