I wish people in N Cali could cut better hair. Its only long hair or crazy colors?! Anyway, this place is better than some other Sac regoin places. The blow out, for instance, was perfect.

Elizabeth is awesome!! I called her on a Thursday to see if she could trim my hair on the following Saturday morning and she got back to me almost immediately. I explained that I am a black woman with very curly hair and asked if I could come in for a trim with my hair already straightened. Long story short, she got me in at 7:30am that Saturday, before she opened at 8am. I have had negative experiences over the years with several hair dressers in several cities. I have a hard time trusting people with my hair because of bad haircuts, bad blow-drying techniques, and just bad customer service overall (showing up an hour late, overbooking and putting clients on the back burner for others, and burning my forehead!!!) Elizabeth has a very gentle and structured cutting technique, and listens to your requests and delivers! She is polite and very personable. I enjoyed talking to her and watching her transform my damaged split-end infested hair to a perfectly cropped mane. It has been years since someone has cut my hair with such skill and care. Plus, she finished, with no rush, in time to start on her 8 o'clock client on time. I will be coming back and will try other services offered by Miss Elizabeth, who assured me that she can handle my curly hair. Thank you, Elizabeth!
