I had one of the best experience at the sheer style with my groupon deal with Jasmine. It's not that often you find good deals. Jasmine is very polite and doesn't talk much while cutting hair or the scalp treatment. Before she began cutting the hair, she asked me all the necessary questions and recommend few things such as how many inches I wanted to cut off my hair, recommended layer style, if I wanted hair color and suggested cutting extra length to add volume to my hair since it was very thin. She explained the difference between deep conditioning and scalp treatment. I ended up choosing scalp treatment which was my first time. And she suggested to use tea tree for my scalp. She's pretty good. Reason for not giving 5 star because I felt the chairs were not clean. I could see white stuffs on the chairs which did gross me out. Otherwise I would highly recommend Jasmine to anyone wanting to purchase groupon deal or going there without it.

I made an appointment and had to cancel last minute because I got a migraine and no one would even return my calls. I was really excited to get my hair done and I would never fake a migraine! There not compassionate people! I would never had canceled my appointment last minute unless I absolutely had to.

I bought my girlfriend the groupon so she could have her hair done for our anniversary and she made a appointment with Robin 2 weeks ago for July 1st at 2pm. My girlfriend wasn't able to find the right address at first because the Salon that popped up first was the old address. So she tried to call the number for the salon which is apparently Robins personal cell phone number to try and get the correct address and also let her know she is running a few minutes behind. However, Robin never answered or gave my girlfriend a call back. My girlfriend arrives at the salon at 2:15, 15 minutes late to her appointment and explained to Robin why she was late and that she tried to get a hold of her and Robins response was "I was with a client I didn't know my phone was ringing" and went on to tell my girlfriend that she has a client scheduled at 3 so it will take over an hour for my girlfriend to get in. If you have a business why do you have a personal cell phone as the main number to your salon and don't treat it as a "business line" and don't have time to answer it. Isn't that why we have receptionists? Or just tell your current client hey hold on a second. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced and amazed that a business with customer service like this is even in business.

We purchased a Groupon for a balayge color and cut. We did have to pay quite a bit more for long hair but my daughters hair turned out a beautiful color. Robin spent time making sure she understood what my daughter wanted. She gave my daughter a beautiful hair color. Only negative thing was ether it took over 4 hours and cut her bangs alittle more than wispy but overall would recommend robin.
