I have tried out all the hair stylist at this JC Penny and the hair stylist do not know how to do a basic hair cut and make my hair even all over. I have been very disappointed with my hair for a few years now and I am now searching for a new hair salon since JC Penny has let me down. The last time I was there was a few months ago and the hair stylist scared the hell out of me. I told her what I wanted and she seemed to understand and then she began cutting my hair. She took a big bunch of my hair on the left side of my face and she cut it off all at once then she went to the right side and did the same thing. Cut my hair to my check bone. Then you screamed out Vidal Sassoon baby and then she was done. I was like, I thought you understood what I wanted. she was like, we can fix it. Are you kidding me? what a Fu_king nightmare. Im so through with this place. All the hair stylist need to go back to school. Keep up the education. Master stylist my A_s

I got a perm from here and in the past the hair stylist has fried my hair but here, they did a good job. They did over charge me and I didn't realize it until the next day...I went back for a refund and they agreed I was overcharged but couldn't give me a refund but were willing to cut my hair...which I wasn't looking to do!

Michael, their so called "master hair stylist" really just cannot cut right. Showed him a picture, asked him if he can do it, he said no problem and he will do this and that to make it even better on me. Turned out to be totally different hair, and not to mention it was doggy ugly. Put the issue of style or look aside, my hair was not cut even either some hair longer on the bottom than the rest. Don't ask for him unless you want to pay to have your hair messed up really bad.
