Really great at there job and very pleasant to deal with. They know how to handle and deal with all types of hair and very accommodating. Prices are reasonable and worth every bit.

This salon is exactly what I was looking for after moving to the Carmel Valley area. It’s complicated making a transition to a new stylist after so many years. Maria T. at CV location fits what I was looking for. She listened to what I described regarding a new haircut and verbally walked me through each step as she worked. She took time and care with getting it just right! Thank you Maria! And the pricing at the salon is so reasonable!

Due to our hair stylist having a last minute cancellation, we were in a bind and could not find any place that could take him except for California cuts. Upon walking in they did have someone available and unfortunately we let her cut my son's hair. We did have to cut it quite a bit shorter but she completely and his haircut and we are probably going to have to take him into our hair stylist and simply have his hair buzzed and start growing it back out again. The hair stylist was Holly and had such an attitude. As someone who has had the same hair stylist for her children their entire lives I've always just had a trust and she completely ruined that. I won't ever use his business again!

Vanessa did an AMAZING job on my hair today!! I walked in without an appointment, told her what I was hoping for, and she gave me the BEST haircut I’ve had in so long! Very professional and meticulous. Thanks so much!

Funny story. Worst hair cut I've ever had! I show pictures of what I want to my stylist and explain not to cut it short. While she is cutting my hair, I'm cringing and telling her not to cut it too short because I have a fat face. "Don't worry" she says, "You look fine" she says, meanwhile I walk out looking like Ms.Swan. I get home to find their business card on the fridge. Curious, I ask my Bf why it's there and he says "Got the worst hair cut of my life there and I want to make sure I don't make that mistake again." Save yourself time, money, and embarrassment. Two different stylist and they both did horrible jobs. Please don't contact me to "make it right", you can't reattach my hair and I would never accept a free hair cut and have to suffer through that embarrassment again.
