We went in, and there was no wait which was a plus. We were greeted by hairdressers already providing services to other customers. However, there were two ladies at the front counter who didn't really say anything and walked away as we approached the counter. I'm assuming they thought we knew the "standard" check in process, but we did not. Thus, my constructive feedback from a customer service perspective would be to greet your customers and ask them how they can assist and/or provide guidance as to how to check in.
The only other slight issue we had was that we felt $19 was a bit steep for a 17 month old to get very little cut. Yes, I know it's the going rate for a children's cut, but typically I've found that reasonable people will accommodate especially if they know that the service provided was not worth the cost (if that makes sense). For the little amount cut for our toddler, we didn't feel that the price was worth it.
Overall, I would recommend this place for haircuts given the short wait time that we experienced. I also appreciated that the hair dresser was patient with my son, as it took him a couple of minutes to warm up. Thank you very much for that! However, it's hard to speak for quality given that my son simply received a trim and nothing extensive. The bottom line: I will try this place again the next time my son needs a cut.
