Paul did a fantastic job on our son. He was also funny and had a great time. The rates were fine, no issues, and the store was very clean and organized. We will happily return

The kid friendly chairs, snacks and movies at each station. The staff don't seem overly happy working there, but at least they do a good job. Only had two bad haircuts because my son's callicks were apparently challenging for some stylists. Treasure box is bonus and they coloring and train area is a decent temporary distraction while waiting. So glad that started taking appointments! Walk in and call ahead only was a total downer

My son isnâ€™t even 2 and he loves getting his haircut and tells me heâ€™s â€œexcitedâ€ to go! The staff and stylists are always so friendly, and we are so happy we found this wonderful place to make a toddler haircut that much easier!

Got a stylist i did NOT request and the haircut was not what was asked to be, stylist said they didn't have the right "tools", it was for a Dads haircut. I thought they would since their saying the do mens cuts. Then the stylist was not notified of her appointment and the receptionist gave Dads appointment to someone else. Same with my sons appointment, i did not allow it. I was not peased with dads cut and so i waited for My sons regular stylist who does a good job and is very patient and kind. I did notice the receptionist being rood to the stylist and it's not the first time I've noticed it with that stylist.
