They used a promotions company to generate business and now I know why. A business who is quick to take money but not honor their commitment, in my book will not be around for very long. For my personal experience, they refused to accept my certificate on the grounds they say that it was altered. Yes, the date was whited out but the change was initialed by the guy who sold the certificate. The reason, as I pointed out to Adriana, the manager, is that I had intended to give it as a Christmas gift and the original expiration which would have been in December was not going to work so the guy who sold it changed it to mid February and he initialed it as proof of authenticity. In a way it is good that they are not providing the services based on the feedback of my other co-workers who all said they sucked - their manicure was lousy, facial was a joke and for the other services owed them, they claim to have terminated. However, as a matter of principle I will make sure they will regret taking my money; I will post a complaint in every site I can find and to the Better Business Bureau so no more people will feel cheated.
