This lady is crazy. On top of the fact that she charges $25 if she thinks your hair is damaged, $30 if you dont come and get your hair done within 31days, and $30 if your late or cancel, she looked at me and told me I was lieing about what products I use. As this woman was explaining to me if I dont abide by her "VIP" program I would be charged at least $189.00 she was talking to me like she wanted fight... "im just letting you know how I run my business ". Ive been to many hair salons this one by far was absolutely mind blowing and a embarrassment for the San Francisco community. I left without getting my hair done. This lady is offensively ghetto and a scammer dont waste your time
