Worst customer service ever!
Last night I went to get my baby niece’s haircut at great clips and I specifically chose this place since they say they cut kid’s hair. We didn’t checkin online so we anticipated a wait time. The lady who checked us in specified that we needed to checkin online and proceeded to her customers who already checked in online. We waited for over an hour watching her prioritize everyone who checked in online. At this point the baby who has been patiently waiting starts to get fussy so I asked if they will ever get to us, she yelled out “you didn’t check in online!!†I stormed out of there and wrote this review..great clips needs to educate their employees about numbered sequence. we came in person and checked in didn’t make a difference. By the time we left all other salons were closed. I can’t believe the lady who made the baby wait over an hour still has a job there. Hope this review gets through to her dim brain. “There you go.. here’s your online check in !â€
